Impress at the ZOW 2020, I´m Pulse – Decors for furniture, doors and flooring

Aschaffenburg, 03.02.2020. Under the heading "Welcome Home", the decor specialist impress presented its new and further developed concept I'm Pulse at this year's ZOW in Bad Salzuflen from 04 to 06 February 2020. The focus will be on the four current impress trend themes, which the company has translated into authentic decors for modern interior design.

I'm Pulse - for impress, that's more than just three words. Because it's not only the impulses that the impress designers receive. They are also impulses themselves, providing fresh inspiration and in turn triggering new ideas.

Thus, under the motto "Welcome Home", visitors will also be inspired at the approx. 60 square metre booth E048 in hall 20 and will take away new impulses for furniture production and interior design. Here they will experience impress decors, both individually and in application, as door or furniture decor, wall design or kitchen fronts, which are matched to the respective trend.

Widely networked and internationally positioned, the decor specialists are constantly tracking down the latest trends worldwide, which are decisive for the design and product development of tomorrow. Inspired by everyday experiences, individual experiences and the innumerable impulses that our world offers, by the diversity of people, cultures, working worlds and lifestyles, the global design team develops the decors that perfectly match the spirit of the times for the four current impress trend themes:

"Nature is my living space" takes up what remains probably the largest and most enduring interior trend, the longing for nature and authenticity. Impress dedicates two decor worlds to the hip Industrial Style. "If these old city walls could talk" picks up above all on the original and proven elements of times past. Discarded things are brought back to life in a new context. The other "Steel and fire. Things I admire" focuses on extravagant living - with materials such as oxidized steel, brushed or flamed metals, carbonized woods or recycled materials. The international trend towards elegance and understated luxury in the mid-century style can be found under "Luxury lives in the finer details" - characterized by timeless beauty with high-quality details in marble as well as precious woods and metals.

What inspires the four trend themes in detail, what the designs and decors, the living spaces of the future are, can be read in the current impress trend brochure I'm Pulse. The brochure is supplemented by a decor swatch with the decors presented at the fair.

Image 1: "NATURE IS MY LIVING SPACE" The longing for nature and authenticity is unchanged. On the one hand, natural and untreated materials lend a feeling of cosiness, on the other hand, the urban touch is also evident here through minimalism and reduction to the bare essentials.

Image 2: "Boudica Oak" shows true character through its very fine wood grain and unmistakable growth marks and, in genuine oak colors, is the perfect companion in rooms inspired by nature.

Image 3: "Tivoli" stands for contemporary naturalness and almost unlimited design possibilities.

Image 4: "Xanthi" convinces with its refreshing retro look, which fits too close to any interior design trend.

Image 5: "IF THESE OLD CITY WALLS COULD TALK" Concrete and rustic surfaces in vintage look - fresh and modern interpretation - get a wider space again. Influenced by the magic of old industrial cities, the Industrial Style picks up where it left off, bringing discarded objects back to life - in a completely new context.

Image 6: "Samdal Oak" with its individually worn and decoratively aged oak planks is ideal for furniture with a rustic but young and trendy look inspired by the new Industrial Style.

Image 7: The various shades of grey and scribbles of geometric shapes make the "Graffiti" decor appear lively and fresh. It goes particularly well with oak, but also with metal and concrete structures.

Image 8: "STEEL AND FIRE, THINGS I ADMIRE" Oxidized steel, brushed or flamed metals, carbonized wood or recycled materials stand for extravagant living in the hip industrial style. In times of increasing digitalization and growing urban anonymity, they take up the longing for the original, durable and unadulterated.

Image 9: Inspired by the Japanese technique Shou Sugi Ban, the decor "Carbonized Wood" has this characteristic dark grey to black color and appears particularly realistic due to the finely worked details.

Image 10: The steel surface, the dark color and the traces of processing give the "Uranus" decor a very special industrial flair and thus brings out the urban accents in any interior.

Image 11: "LUXURY LIVES IN THE FINER DETAILS" Elegance and understated luxury within your own four walls, embodied above all by the newly interpreted mid-century style. It is characterized by timeless beauty paired with high-quality details made of marble, elegant woods and precious metals.

Image 12: The elegant and extremely versatile "Fribourg Oak" oak decor, with its deep brown tones and alternating stripes and cut flowers, creates a classic yet modern, contemporary appearance.

Image 13: The noble limestone decoration "Montevideo" with its small, evenly distributed fossil inclusions of shells on a homogeneous background appears as calm as natural.
