As announced a few weeks ago, the organization of IMPRESS in Germany will be adapted and realigned. A social plan and reconciliation of interests with the workforce has already been signed and the changes will be implemented by the end of the year. Laboratory facilities and other equipment as well as various tasks will be relocated to the sites in Spain and Poland.
- The decor management will remain under the group-wide responsibility of Mr. Sascha Kostros at the Aschaffenburg site. The well-known sales and design staff in the DACH division will also remain as contact persons.
- The Laboratory for Decor Paper will be bundled in Spain. For this purpose, two laboratory facilities will be relocated from Germany to Spain.
- The Finish Foil Competence Centre in Poland will be expanded centrally, and will therefore be extended by a laboratory plant and a pilot plant.
